IC Bus is offering a $5,000 grant to school districts who purchase IC Bus’s propane-powered CE Series. These grants are determined by the total number of propane-powered buses acquired and placed into operation during the specified time period. Receive up to $5,000 per newly purchased propane-powered CE Series.
IC Bus, LLC (“IC Bus”) is excited to o er a $5,000 per bus propane grant (the “Grant”). The rules below apply to the IC Bus Grant program, funded by IC Bus, LLC, 2701 Navistar Drive, Lisle, IL 60532.
1. School District Requirements:
IC Bus will provide a $5,000 per bus grant to school districts subject to meeting the IC Bus Grant program terms and conditions that are outlined below. Final issuance of IC Bus Grant monies will be at the sole discretion of IC Bus.
2. Grant Disbursement:
IC Bus will disburse its Grant monies through the selling IC Bus Dealer and monies are paid via check to school districts one (1) time annually after buses are put into service by the school district. Monies are disbursed to the school district’s general fund.
3. Bus Requirements:
School districts must purchase a minimum of three (3) IC Bus® PSI 8.8 LPG-powered buses in order to qualify for consideration of the Grant. Only IC Bus® CE PSI 8.8L school buses with 68-gallon tank ordered on or after August 1, 2017 and built by March 10, 2018 will qualify for the IC Bus Grant.

5. Program Duration:
The IC Bus Grant program will begin August 1, 2017 at 12:00 EST. IC Bus reserves the right to halt or cancel the program without notice.
6. Limits of Liability:
IC Bus has no responsibility whatsoever for, and the school districts agree to release and hold harmless IC Bus and its a liates and subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents (collectively “Released Parties”) from, injuries, losses, damages or other liability of any kind that may arise from the use of any monies disbursed by IC Bus as part of the IC Bus Grant program. In addition, IC Bus will not be liable in any event for any claims, losses, liabilities or damages in connection with the offer of the Grant.
7. Grant Recipients Responsibilities:
School districts are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and for any expenses associated with receipt or use of the Grant.
8. Publicity:
The Grant recipients consent and authorize IC Bus to use anywhere in the world and in all forms and media existing now or in the future, the school district name, city and state of location, the amount of the Grant received and number of IC Bus and or propane powered buses utilized by the school district.
9. Official Rules:
All federal, state or local income or other taxes, are the responsibility of Grant recipient. All federal, state and local laws apply. IC Bus reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or prohibit participation in the IC Bus Grant program, including the right to make changes to these rules, or to discontinue, suspend, or extend the program without prior notice.
