There is currently a shortage of skilled diesel technicians, limiting our ability to expand our Service Department. The FedEx Small Business Grant would assist us in creating an in-house training program for diesel technicians, focusing on recruiting and training both veterans and the underemployed. Apprentices of our training program would gain the skills necessary to be successful in the well-paying diesel repair industry.
